Thread Title: "Question about S&H"
(no avatar) I am new here and have a lot of experience with other auction systems. I looked round in my profile and individual auction setup and could not figure out an answer to my following question: Q: Does AA have the ability to include a preset or calculated S&H charge at the completion of an auction or do I have to manually add it in to the total? Thank you in advance - Jamie

(no avatar) First, welcome to the best auction site on the internet and wish you the best with your buying and/or selling. To answer your question, No - AA does not have an automated shipping calculator. Most sellers, including myself, will usually indicate a flat fee for shipping whatever item they may have for sale. Also, some will indicate that shipping is the actual charges, or, the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges. So, it is up to you how you would like to indicate the shipping charge in your auctions. Again, welcome to the Auction Arms family, and if any of us can be of help to you, just give us a shout.

(no avatar) I like to buy from sellers that charge actual freight charges and allow me to ship the way we like. In most cases we send a UPS Return label along with our check paying for freight on our end. All the seller has to do is put label on box and hand it to the UPS driver. Ups brings it to our back door. Only exception is hand guns. USPS is the only way. Got 3 handguns today in one box. Total 13.91 for shipping. UPS would have been 35.00. Tks
