BRDouglas LOL That's the funniest thing Ive seen in awhile. It takes me 5 min to download a 29 second video but that is worth it. Maybe they should start feeding them things again or it could be an idea to get rid of the pigeons.

Hartwell Gun Seriously A pelican has very poor eyesight, might have thought that pigeon was a feathery mullet .In LA the coonasses use to take a fish and nail it to a old board that was floating. The bird could spot the shiny fish and due to the poor eyesight could not see the board."Dat bird tstes just like dem chickens"If some have never seen a Pelican feed, they get about fifty feet up and dive on their prey, with the wings folded back head out front coming down like a rocket going in the wrong direction. They hit the water in a controlled crash, anyone who had never witnessed this before would think the fool bird killed himself.Watching them get airborne again is also funny, fifty feet of flapping wings and running on the water.

(no avatar) I once saw a big owl swoop down and pick up a tawny colored cat walking across the barnyard-the owl got up a couple hundred feet and realized what he had and turned the cat loose, the cat didn,t make it-but it did land on its feet.stude51

brainaxe That pelican has no need for toilet paper when he eats a pigion, the feathers make it a self-wiping meal!
