BPCR-The choice is yours,as with everyone else who sells here, that is what makes America great. If you are good with signing up to a unconstitutional CA state requiring permission for a right you already have through your federal FFL,that is all that counts.Others here, including myself, refuse to further help erode our rights buy jumping through a liberal instituted hoop that was gleefully welcomed by the CA FFL dealers to feed their greed. There is no big deal!!! |

BPCR-What if next time it's a special license? And next it's a license and a fee? And next it's a license, larger fee and permit? But I'm sure California is doing everything they can to make it easy for you. And now they know who YOU are! I'm sure you are right. It's no big deal. |

| (no avatar) | I just recently had a person contact me through one of my auctions for an SKS and informed me that he was going to buy it until he noticed that I will not ship to California. Since that initial contact 4 days ago I have been bombarded everyday with e-mails telling me how he went an bought another one from GB from a dealer that was willing to ship it to CA and how I am siding with the anti's by refusing to ship to CA. Some people will never understand no matter how hard we try to explain to them that what they are doing by going along with the CDOJ is allowing their rights to be taken away little by little. | (no avatar) | BPCR--Here's the big deal-- The FFL dealers in Cal are chrging 75 to 150.00 to do a transfer on out of state sales. You are participating in this outrageous fraud. I hope your proud of yourself and the few pieces of silver you got. |

| (no avatar) | So you California refuseniks are willing to bend over for the for the Feds and pay for an FFL to exorcise your "shall not be infringed" rights but throw us Californios to the snakes? Where will you draw the line if Obama wins? How much will you pay, how far will you bend to keep your precious FFL? Your nose for your face? |

Gentlemen. this has been all hashed out previously. Both side have presented thier cases and both have compelling reasons for thier positions. On this important day before a possibly catastrophic election for all gun owners, let us call a truce and work together, to defeat our foes from further inflicting damage upon us and then work together to gain back some of the ground we have lost to them. They do not need to inspire division among us at this important time. axolotl |

Capmo-CA gun owners fed them selves to the snakes long before this by not standing and fighting for their rights as the liberals removed them bit by bit-AX is correct it is a thing of choice, has been hashed and rehashed-As a CA buyer there is a lot who sell to CA,not all are "refusenicks". |

| (no avatar) | I think thet the CA gun owners did whetever they could in the face of overwelming odds as that state have a history of being farther left than anyone else. I feel we should at leaast give them the benafit of the doubt that they did make an attempt to fight the rules as they have them. after all, just because Billary Clinton passed the assult weapons ban for the whole country, does that mean all of us gun owners bent over for them and didnt fight it? I sure as hell didnt. Did you? We were just outnumbered as were the gun owners in California. I think we also have much bigger fish to fry than this isue right now. |
