You've got to go to a UPS distribution center. You can't go to a UPS store, a Staples, Office Max, or any of the UPS shipping stores, you've got to go to UPS themselves, none of the places that ship for UPS. |

| (no avatar) | From my understanding you have to have a ups account to ship these items/ They ARE HAZMAT, and UPS charges a $20 fee in addition to the freight charges. DM |

Primers and powder can not be shipped in the same UPS package-thus two Has-mad charges. |
