Thread Title: "Where is the 'Heat' when you need them??"
(no avatar) I sent an email to the Heat @ auctionarms.com about 3 days ago. There is a listing, Item 8372170 that is running on Auction Arms for a while now. If you check Gun Broker Item 86226433 - you will find the identical item, identical pictures, identical description, identical seller. Thought that was a big NO NO. But I havent heard anything from the Heat or anyone else at AA. Guess If you are one of the Big Boys things can go a little different for you. The only reason I am concerned is I am running an auction for the same type gun with basically same features. I offer a few more replacment parts to exchange the brittle items on the CZ 52, and add wood grips. But I have not heard a peep from anyone at Auction Arms. Like I said, if you are just a little guy with only 46 feedbacks - all positive, no negs; are up against a gut with 274-0-2 he has a little more weight. Getting a little gun shy on the way I am beginning to see things going for the little guys here. Sorry if that offends some, but sit in my seat- My listing is just as AA state it must be. When I point out a violation of their policies and procedures, NOTHING happens. Take care all, and safe shooting. ISELLEM

(no avatar) ISELLUM; I think you may have some wrong feelings toward AA . I have been here since 04 and started like all others 0-0-0. I feel I was treated no different from the BIG SELLERS or BUYERS since I have been here .

I have had many a phone conversation with "THE CATHERDER" and had contact with Manny and the others . I have went head to head with them on issues I didn't agree on . Through it all , I still consider them FRIENDS.

I KNOW for a fact that there is no other site that has the PERSONAL TOUCH this site does.

Just because they may not answer e-mails right off , doesn't mean they don't care. After all they have a life other than their job. Just like the rest of us.

Hope you have a good day today and a better one tomorrow.

P/S Don't let this go to your head "CATHERDER" .We may be goin round and round bout somethin fore the week's over L.O.L.

Hartwell Gun It appears to me that he has multiple CZ52's and is using a generic photo, something most of us would not do,but i don't think it is "now" against the rules. He mentions the fact that the lanyards are no longer available which leads me to believe multiple items.

Petesguns I do believe that the rule does say that the gun pictured has to be the one for auction. Hopefully the one for sale HERE is the one pictured, and that he sells a different one on the "other" site.

Hartwell Gun Petes-there are a few here that are using generic photos everyday ,so i assume, the rule has been waived or is being overlooked.

(no avatar) To all who posted. I may have come across as a little down on AA. That is NOT what I intended. I was just concerned about a listing competing with mine, and whether it was 'as AA rules'. I know that Auction Arms IS THE BEST SITE OUT THERE. I am just a little sensitve towards someone going heads up against me with 'fair listing'? I realize that being sensitive is surely the wrong way to be on AA. From the forum entries I have seen, and posted, you must have some very thick skin, and big Cajones to list on the forum. I apologize to Bob at Auction Arms for not giving you a fair enough amount of time to respond. Seem like everything is piling on with Medical Bills for my wife and me. I just don't have the patience I used to have. Again, apologize to all who may have taken offense to my post. Bear with me if you will, I TRULY DO BELIEVE AUCTION ARMS IS THE BEST THERE IS. They say the good Lord won't give you more than you can bear, I just wish he didn't trust me so much.
