KFS-That is what they make the delete button for on the inbox. The ones wanting you to drop the price, just give them the old two step,Ignore and Delete. The wise guys I also bid block them, most of them will never bid a item,if they do,there are just a future headache in the making.Sob stories,i check their feedback before i make the decision. Many feedback with no history of the same,i may believe them.Negative feedbacks present i drop the Neg feedback and relist the item. |

We also get the same thing as well as griping about shipping costs AFTER the close of an auction. I don't see any great increase in the number of such people, but it has been a constant thing since we started on AA in 2005. If I get an idiot that does this complaining BEFORE they bid, I usually disinvite them to bid. If they do it AFTER they win, they pay, or face a negative, period. I think it is just a fact of human nature that there so many people out there that will do or say or claim ANYTHING all in the search of that all-elusive bargain. |

| (no avatar) | If I did business with nice customers only I'd be bankrupt.Always be yourself and don't let the quality of your customer's response affect your quality of service. That's our policy and we usually succeed .Better that than chase away someone you think is a jerk but ends up being a great future buyer. We haven't seen any increase in this.Status quo!By the way one of my best buyers never gives me feedback. Some would block him for this but I just keep making the deposits. That's the only feedback I need!LOL! |

| (no avatar) | I agree with you Grant to a certain extent, but note that in my experience, one must earn the right to be a jerk :) I got guys who drive me nuts but are spending 10K at a time, they have earned the right. And as I one guy said to me, "Ken the only thing that keeps you from being a TOTAL a**hole are the deals I get"...my response "cool, you are a jerk too, give me your credit card LOL"....but on first impresssion if you act like a jerk, especially over a nickel and dime issue, ta ta, life is too short |

| (no avatar) | I guess I have come to point of recent, that online...some of the buyers ask dumb questions...no big deal we all do. But the ones that think because they are underfunded on their end, makes me a desperate seller and that I will/should buckle to their offer. All right all the venting is over on my end...business as usual. Thanks guys |
