carotenuti, Be sure to forward the email you've received to bob@auctionarms.com. Send them as attachments to an email if you can. That way I can examine the internet routing and determine where they may be coming from. |

carotenuti - I don't usually go through the site to finish up the process when I buy something on AA. If all the buyer wants is confirmation of final price and payment is by certified check, I can't see where there is anything to be suspicious about e-mails which do not go through AA. Just make sure that the check is good before you ship the goods and that you save all of the correspondence, whether it be by e-mail or other means, and document telcons if they are involved in case there is a glitch. |

Usually when you see the words "final Price" or "last asking price" it is a dead give away that this is the work of the Nigerians .They will want to send a(stolen) certified check for more than the purchase price and will ask you to send the over payment to them via Western Union.Ignore it and hit the delete button, especially, if it comes from outside the AA system. |
