Did you erase them out of your picture cache, either on AA, or your picture host? |

| (no avatar) | tomon I didn't erase, or even mess with the photos. Today I lost another one. I don't want to have to check them all every day to make sure I haven't lost any more. I wonder how long this is going on!!! I'm using a Mac and it's sort of an involved process to upload photos in the first place. --- Rich |

YOU didn't erase them, but did you physically check to see that they ARE still there? That will eliminate that leg of the circuit. If they are, email Support@auctionarms.com. with the auction numbers and problems. |

| (no avatar) | Tomon,Thanks I'll do that. I found three more that have been dropped. The photos aren't on the auction page, just a red "X". ---- Rich |

600 nitro, how long have the auctions with picture problems been running? Are the auctions on Auto Relist? I believe we flush pictures from our servers after they've been posted for a year without a sale. We figure if an item hasn't sold after a year, the auction probably needs some attention.Only other thing I can come up with is you loaded up some pictures and didn't give the server long enough to load the pictures you wanted to use, dial p connections take some time to load. However, that is pretty unlikely since the auction needs to fully load and you have to give it a final approval before it posts. Anyway, give us just a bit more to work with we'll see if we can figure out the problem. Try sending the specifics to support@auctionarms.com so we can help you sort this one out. |

| (no avatar) | Bob. The dropped pictures had been up for a month or less. I always check my auctions after I list them to make sure the pictures have been uploaded. Pretty much all my auctions are auto relist. (sometimes I forget). I checked my auctions today and there are no currently dropped pictures. Thanks for your help. ---- Rich |
